C4C collects and uses personal data on the basis that it is in its legitimate interest to do so, for example to keep records of transactions and for the purpose of managing and administering this learning and development site.

From clients: Information is collected through the relationship with you in order to comply with regulation, for the purpose of providing a service to you as a client and to meet contractual obligations to you. The provision of your personal data is required in order to enter into a contract with C4C, however the provision of information for marketing purposes is voluntary. Phone calls to and from C4C may be recorded and monitored in order to comply with regulatory obligations.

How long is information kept?

If you are not a C4C client, your information will be kept so that C4C may send you information about the company that you may find of interest. If you are or were a C4C client, your information will be kept for seven years after closure of your account. If legislation or a regulatory body requires the retention of information for longer, this will be done.

IT and other service businesses in order to provide and maintain our services;

If required to do so to meet applicable law, the order of a Court or market rules and codes of practice applicable to the circumstances at the time;
